Abstract in English
This thesis has as its main objective the development of a methodology concerning the integration of decisions made with respect to production systems, such integration is a necessary condition to get a production system that simultaneously becomes competitive, meet the goals and needs of its stakeholders, and can be improved through time. We propose that such integration should be reached through four classes: 1- Integration between Decision Levels; 2- Physical Integration; 3- Environmental Integration and 4- Time Integration. Each one of the integration classes is dealt in this work and the means to get the desired integrations the integration mechanisms, are described and discussed. Some contigencies are observed so that the mechanisms may be adequated to situations thar demand them. The whole evaluation of the four integration classes, called total integration, is done in a way to reveal the identification of improment opportunities in the decison system . We also present mechanisms to make improvements. So far, we have only employed the systems approach on the production function. We then propose another approach, which completes the above one the analysis of integration in na organization. From this different point of view, we develop ways to diagnose the integration absence, from information about the organization.
