Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo estudar o uso do design thinking (DT) durante a comercialização de tecnologias de gestão empresarial em uma única organização. Optou-se pela estratégia de pesquisa qualitativa através da ergonomia da atividade (AET) proveniente do referencial teórico da ergonomia. Este referencial permitiu compreender diferentes fatores a respeito dos trabalhadores que adotaram o DT como um recurso organizacional em suas atividades durante o processo de construção de propostas de valor, técnicas e comerciais, aos clientes corporativos. O estudo de campo foi desenvolvido em uma única organização internacional, do ramo de tecnologia de gestão empresarial, que possui representação no Brasil. Foram estudados aspectos relativos à organização do trabalho da área comercial e da equipe técnica que dá suporte às vendas, considerando quais são as principais etapas da comercialização, tanto de planejamento quanto de execução, quais principais perfis de trabalhadores participantes e quais utilizam o DT, qual modelo de processo de DT adotado, com respectivas ferramentas visuais de apoio, até a percepção de benefícios, que a equipe técnica tem sobre o uso do DT para o próprio trabalho, para a organização e para os clientes, e por fim como avaliação como as tarefas propostas, com uso do DT, são executadas considerando as condições disponíveis. Para interpretação e análise da pesquisa de campo os dados foram relacionados à estrutura conceitual elaborada, contribuindo na construção do referencial de como o DT tem sido utilizado nas empresas, tanto do ponto de vista da prática do design quanto das condições de trabalho em que ele acontece.

This research aims to study the use of design thinking (DT) during commercialization of business management technologies in a single organization. A qualitative research strategy was applied, through the ergonomics of the activity (AET), from the theoretical reference of ergonomics. This reference allows to understand different factors regarding the workers who adopted the DT as an organizational resource in their activities during the process of constructing value propositions, technical and commercial, to corporate clients. The field study was developed in a single international organization, in the field of business management technology, which has representation in Brazil. Aspects related to the organization of the work of the commercial area and the technical team that support the sales were studied, considering which are the main stages of the commercialization, both planning and execution, which are the main profiles of participating workers and which use the DT, which DT process model was adopted, with respective visual tools of support, until the perceived benefits, that the technical team has on the use of the DT for the own work, for the organization and for the clients, and finally as evaluation as the proposed tasks, using DT, are performed considering the available conditions. For the interpretation and analysis of the field research, the data were related to the conceptual structure elaborated, contributing in the construction of the reference of how DT has been used in the companies, both from the point of view of the design practice and the working conditions in which it happens.
