Este trabalho apresenta todas as etapas que foram vencidas, na qualificação de três processos de medição de falta de circularidade do casco resistente de submarinos, os quais sejam: processo do compasso, do Jig e da Régua em arco. Para este último, além de se melhorar o próprio instrumento de medida, um novo procedimento matemático de cálculo da falta de circularidade e elaborado. Estes processos foram qualificados, utilizando-se um procedimento, baseado em métodos estatísticos, desenvolvido especialmente para a execução deste trabalho, que calcula a precisão da medição. Elaborou-se também, um critério de aceitação de cavernas, baseado nos resultados obtidos durante a qualificação dos processos de medição. Deste contexto são obtidas importantes conclusões sobre a qualidade, utilidade e viabilidade do uso desses processos, ao longo de todas as fases de fabricação do casco resistente de um submarino.

This work presents all conquered stage, in a qualification of three procedures for measuring and calculation the circularity of a submarine pressure hull, wich are: Compass process, Jig and the Bridge gauge transverse method. For the last, not only the measurement instrument is improved the Bridge gauge but it is also apresented a new mathematical procedure for cauculation the out-of-roundeness. This process are qualify using a qualification procedure, based in statistical methods, specialy developed to perform thiswork, wich calculate the precision for each measuring procedure. Its also propose frame acceptance criteria based on the results obtained during the qualification process. In this contexto some importante conclusion about the quality, utility and using of these process during all the steps of pressure hull fabrication are presented.
