Foi desenvolvido um instrumento capaz de determinar a órbita de eixos com rotação menor que 13500 rpm. Os sinais são amostrados com frequência variável de 500 Hz até 57 KHz, ajustada por um microprocessador Z80A controlado por um programa em ASSEMBLER que também processa a Transformada de Fourier Discreta para obter o espectro de distribuição de componentes do deslocamento em frequência. Sua aplicação é em manutenção condicional de máquinas rotativas com mancais de deslizamento.

An instrument to obtain the shaft orbit for rotational speeds less than 13500 RPM was designed and constructed. The signals are sample with frequency varying from 500 Hz to 57 KHz controlled by a Z80A microprocessor programmed in ASSEMBLY language wich also does the FFT of data to obtain the frequency spectrum of the shaft displacements. Its application is in condition maintenance of rotating machines with hydrodynamic bearings.
