Abstract in English
Emerging transformations in the 21st century have impacted different areas of society. Dynamic and volatile relationships, typical of contemporary times, also reach the work environment, and make companies choose, often, to reduce costs in their payrolls, with the challenge of optimizing human resources to increase performance. Hiring experienced professionals with a leadership profile can be an even more costly way, so an alternative choice is to attract young professionals and train them to occupy strategic positions in the companies. Trending of an aging world population, the young workforce is at risk of scarcity in the long term, therefore, having the image of a good employer and having an attractive organizational climate for the development of careers is an important differential in organizational communication. The construction of corporate narratives that attract young professionals is the research focus of this dissertation, which uses a content analysis of the companies awarded as best places to work and start careers (MEPT and MECC) from the magazine Você S/A by Editora Abril, for understanding the factors that have been successful in building organizational reputation.
