Abstract in English
The research seeks to identify the marks of resistance of LGBTQIA+ journalists to cisheteronormativity in the profession, based on their reports. Supported by queer theory, the concepts of identity, gender and cisheteronormativity guide this research and are based on Joan Scott (1995), Judith Butler (2003), Guacira Louro (2005; 2008) and Viviane Vergueiro (2015). The research is qualitative in nature (ANGROSINO, 2009) and is based on Anthropology (LAGO, 2014), based on dialogue with LGBTQIA+ journalists. The work intends to contribute to gender studies present in the area of Communication, in its academic aspect, as well as to contribute to a diagnosis in the professional field of the constraints arising from sexual and gender identity, and can serve as an alert for trade unions and companies in the journalistic field. Finally, it reflects on the importance of diversity and inclusion policies in journalistic companies and on thinking about journalism that is more sensitive to human conditions and affects otherness.
