O presente trabalho desenvolve uma reflexão sobre a importância da oralidade nos meios auditivos e na fala ao vivo. Num primeiro momento, buscamos compreender a genealogia da oralidade. Detectamos os períodos de domínio da cultura oral e as características que marcaram a época. Em seguida, investigamos os desdobramentos da oralidade em discursos acadêmico, político religioso. O próximo passo foi analisar o surgimento de invenções do século XIX que revolucionaram o mundo. Por outro lado, analisamos o efeito dessas engenhocas na oralidade em tempos de cultura de massa e do uso político dos meios nas revoluções. Com o surgimento dos media televisão, cinema e internet, identificamos um declínio da oralidade. A tecnologia estimula uma certa passividade pelas imagens, as pessoas são desencorajadas a sair para lutar pelo que acreditam. Daí esbarramos em um outro contexto, o da Guerra Fria. Poderosa manifestação ideológica por parte das superpotências para criar suas áreas de influência. Proporcionaram um investimento muito volumoso na contenção das massas, a partir de intervenções políticas e ideológicas por meio do cinema, da publicidade, cultura, literatura. Há menos exemplos de se ver recuperar a oralidade. Parece que nesse período a oralidade ficou em segundo plano. As pessoas se encantam com as imagens em primeiro plano. Não se tem formação de consciência, que é justamente o que estamos propondo no trabalho. Ao contrário, o que se tem é uma forma de manter as massas fora do cenário, da atuação, da intervenção muito marcante no século XX. Estamos propondo maneiras de resgatar a oralidade em diversos meios e usos: seja no rádio ou na fala dentro de um público ou ainda na gravação ou interpretação de textos. O estudo visa dissertar sobre humanismo, autonomia e formação de consciência. É o que justifica brigar pela oralidade nos tempos presentes.

This paper develops a reflection on the importance of orality in hearing and live speech. At first, we seek to understand the genealogy of orality. We detected the periods of mastery of oral culture and the characteristics that marked the epoch. Then we investigate the unfolding of orality in academic, religious, political discourses. The next step was to analyze the emergence of nineteenth-century inventions that revolutionized the world. On the other hand, we analyze the effect of these contraptions on orality in times of mass culture and the political use of media in revolutions. With the emergence of the television, film and internet media, we identified a decline in orality. Technology encourages a certain passivity for images, people are discouraged from going out to fight for what they believe. Hence we came across another Cold War context. Powerful ideological manifestation by the superpowers to create their areas of influence. They provided a very large investment in the containment of the masses through political and ideological interventions through cinema, advertising, culture, literature. There are fewer examples of seeing orality recover. It seems that during this period orality was in the background. People are enchanted by the foreground images. There is no awareness formation, which is precisely what we are proposing at work. On the contrary, what we have is a way to keep the masses out of the scenario, the action, the very remarkable intervention in the twentieth century. We are proposing ways to rescue orality in various ways and uses: whether on the radio or speaking within an audience or even in the recording or interpretation of texts. The study aims to dissert on humanism, autonomy and formation of conscience. This is what justifies fighting for orality in the present times.
