Nesta tese eu apresento uma série de cartas que escrevi à Teodora, uma filha que virá a ser. O objetivo das cartas é compartilhar minhas reflexões e propostas a partir de confluências para a construção de um mundo no qual haja equidade, e a cuidadania, ou seja, o cuidado que leva à uma cidadania comunitária, sejam uma meta coletiva. Para tanto, eu escrevo sobre experiências, estudos, pesquisas e práticas que realizei inter-relacionando os paradigmas latino-americanos da Abordagem Triangular do Ensino das Artes e Culturas Visuais e da Educomunicação. Nas cartas também são acomodadas e desacomodadas trajetórias em busca da confluência entre os paradigmas que citei, questionando se, ultrapassando a ideia de inter-relação, é possível tal encontro, respeitando uma definição de confluência apresentada no texto. Assim, em narrativas que transbordam ficção e realidade, eu conto histórias de como entrei em contato com pessoas que estudam decolonialidades, epistemologias do sul e cuidadania, e como esses conceitos provocaram um aprofundamento no meu eu-educador. A escolha da escrita de cartas decorre do próprio isolamento que vivi, na fase final da pesquisa, em quarentena em um quarto de pensão, na cidade de Coimbra, Portugal, com os receios e pensamentos que a pandemia do SARS-CoV-2, responsável pela COVID-19, provocou em mim. A falta de contato, a paralisação de atividades, inspirou um processo de imaginar o fim do mundo e o planejamento de um próximo, novo, e as cartas são o meu recado/legado para tal filha, que virá a ser. Entre as cartas, há fotografias produzidas por mim, trechos de poesias e letras de música que inspiraram a escrita, e que chamei de afluências poéticas sentipensares/corazonares, e antes do sumário da tese, é possível acessar a lista destas afluências. Assim, uma vez que tais narrativas são de processos durante o período pandêmico, escrevo atividades que realizei de forma on-line, por meio de aplicativos de comunicação digital e videoconferências. Entre elas, destaco a atividade elaborada para o projeto Capital Social Sala de Visita, do Caleidos Cia de Dança, cujos processos e produtos, como a instalação silenciARmovimentAR, são aqui apresentados como resultados da pesquisa. Finalizo as cartas com um manifesto, que entendo como uma rede tecida para uma arteducomunicação decolonial. Considero que cartas tornadas públicas podem se tornar cartas pedagógicas, assim tais cartas tem como interlocutora principal Teodora, mas também todas as pessoas que, assim como eu, buscam uma confluência entre os campos da Arte, Comunicação e Educação, em uma perspectiva decolonial.

In this thesis I give out a series of letters that I have written to Theodora, a daughter who will be born. The purpose of the letters is to share my reflections and proposals based on confluences for the construction of a world where there is equity, and "cuidadania", which is, the caring that leads to a community citizenship, as a collective goal. Therefore, I write about experiences, studies, researches and practices that I carried out interrelating the Latin American paradigms of the Triangular Approach for the Teaching of Visual Arts and Cultures and the Educommunication. The letters also accommodate and dislodge trajectories in search of confluence between the paradigms I have mentioned, questioning whether, by going beyond the idea of interrelation, such this meeting becomes possible, respecting a definition of confluence presented in the text. Thus, in narratives that overflow fiction and reality, I tell stories of how I have reached people who study decolonialities, epistemologies of the south and "cuidadania", and how these concepts have been provoking me to go deep on my me-educator. The choice of writing letters stems from the isolation that I experienced, on the final phase of the research, quarantined in a cheap hotel room, in the city of Coimbra, Portugal, with the fears and thoughts that the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, responsible by COVID-19, it has provoked in me. The lack of contact, the blockage of activities, inspired a process of imagining the end of the world and planning a new one, and the letters are my message/legacy for this daughter to be. Between the letters, there are photographs produced by me, excerpts from poetry and music lyrics that inspired the writing, and which I called sentimental/heart poetic affluences, and before the thesis summary, it is possible to access the list of these affluences. Thus, since these narratives are from processes during the pandemic period, I write about activities that I have carried out online, through digital communication applications and videoconferences. Among them, I highlight the activity developed for the project Capital Social Sala de Visita, by Caleidos Cia de Dança, whose processes and products, such as the silenciARmovimentAR installation, are presented here as research results. I have finalized the letters with a manifesto, which I understand as a woven network for a decolonial arteducommunication (Art, Education and Communication). I consider that letters which are made public can become pedagogical letters, so such writings have as their main interlocutor Theodora, but also all people who like me, seek a confluence between the fields of Art, Communication and Education, in a decolonial perspective.
