Abstract in English
With a sensitive look to the rivers of major cities, over the past decade, I have produced a series of poetic experiences through actions, performances, interventions, and installations. The propositions relational character reveals an intimate desire to shed light on an ecological debate in contemporary art at its interface with political art. This research aims at outlining a poetic hydrography in which I have mapped a few artists and works also involved with rivers. Conversely, I take a plunge into my own poetic production to reveal the implications freshwater bodies have on my artistic practice.
