Entre a "Vênus Celestis" e a "Vênus Naturalis" existe um ponto de interseção onde a carne violentamente sublima até alcançar o mármore dos deuses, ofegante: A morte! Este abismo que cava em todas as direções seu frêmito azul como o olhar rarefeito de um cego. É um céu assassinado, Uranos, que faz espumar na esquálida face do oceano a fonte do amor, que engendra em pérola um corpo de mulher. Este jorro criador da morte tem seu maior intérprete na vida: O orgasmo ou "pequena morte", conceito apresentado por Georges Bataille em seu livro O Erotismo, ponto de partida para a produção das imagens. "La petite mort - uma metanoia erótica" é uma pesquisa poética em pintura equivalente a uma dissertação de mestrado. A imagem não é teoria nem filosofia, ainda que teorias e filosofias possam estar presentes nelas e contribuir para a produção de textos significativos partir delas. Quantas dissertações e teses não são apresentadas nas mais diversas áreas com base na leitura de imagens? Os textos aqui apresentados são o testemunho do nascimento das obras, reflexões sobre os debates que ela suscita, além de anotações do diário do atelier. Apresentada na forma de diálogos, aforismos, contos e poemas, buscou-se preservar no texto toda a angústia e insegurança da prática artística, como uma confissão dolorosa, ajoelhada e cheia de fé (a essência da fé é a dúvida). This spurt that creates death has its greatest interpreter in life: orgasm or "little death", a concept presented by Georges Bataille in his book "Eroticism", the starting point for the production of images. "La petite mort - an erotic metanoia" is a poetic research in painting equivalent to a aster's dissertation. The image is neither theory nor philosophy, although theories and philosophies may be present in them and contribute to the production of meaningful texts based on them. How many dissertations and theses are not presented in the most diverse areas based on image reading? The texts presented here are a testimony to the birth of the works, reflections on the debates it raises, as well as notes from the atelier's diary. Presented in the form of dialogues, aphorisms, short stories and poems, the text sought to preserve all the anguish and insecurity of artistic practice, as a painful confession, kneeling and full of faith (the essence of faith is doubt).
