Abstract in English
This work intends to reflect on the educator/student/content relationships and on the educator's responsibility in the musical learning process. From the concept of dialogue of the philosopher Martin Buber, we will approach musical education and, mainly, the humanist education that can be developed through collective guitar teaching. The works Eu-Tu (1923) and O Caminho do Homem (1946) will be our philosophical foundations to dialogue with the practices carried out in three educational institutions.
