Abstract in English
Establishing an evolving line between the theatre creations of Companhia Sao Jorge de Variedades and focusing on their most recent (project/play), Barafonda, this present research involved an immersion on the trajectory of the group and discusses how the dramaturgy creation happens in relation to the street environment. As a hypothesis, the environment of the performance acts like a dramaturgical device. All the performances of this play happen in the streets of the Barra Funda neighborhood of Sao Paulo. We consider then, the existence of a dramaturgical system that includes the interference of the city in the actor"s composition. The objective of this research is to show the dramaturgy of the play as a system in which the environment of the performance, the neighborhood Barra Funda, contaminates the presentation with spontaneous information. In this context, if's also shown through the Teoria Corpomldia (Greiner e Katz, 2005), a view focused on the actor in scene. Therefore proposed is a transit between art and science, having research partners from the contemporary theatre like Silvia Fernandes (2012), Andre Carreira (2005), threaded in a systemic vision (Vieira, 2000). In conclusion, Companhia Sao Jorge de Variedades conquered a bold position in the overall of their work, experimenting with a whole series of different contexts that preceded the project Barafonda.
