Abstract in English
The purpose of this study went verify, in vitro, four types of instrumentation techniques analyzing the presence of the deviation apical. Sixty roosts mésio- vestibular exam, of extracted human superior molars, they were selected, standardized with relationship to the size and curvature degree and distributed aleatoriamente in four groups different from fifteen teeth each. They were made the coronary accesses, compensatory wastes and odontometria. A taken radiográfica of each tooth was accomplished, being used a special device, with purpose of maintaining the tooth and the film radiográfica in the same position. To follow the teeth they were orchestrated of he/she wakes up with the experimental conditions, that is to say, group 1 was used the technique progressive manual with rasps type Flexofile. The group 2 just used the mechanic-oscillatory technique with rasps Nitiflex; in the group 3 it was just used the mechanic-rotating technique with Profile 0.4 and in the group 4 the association of the mechanic-oscillatory techniques initially proceeded by the mechanic-rotating. At the end of the techniques of I prepare of each one of the groups, a new taken radiográfica was realized, an same position of the first, inserting the instrument memory in the channel so that if it could analyze the index of deviation happened apical comparatively. The result demonstrated the efficiency of the instrumentation techniques in I prepare it of curved channels, and the smallest deviation happened in relation to the group 4 proceeded by the group 2 and 3 the same number and the largest deviation for the group 1 without, however, to exist among them difference significant statistics.
