O tema surgiu a partir da experiência no quotidiano de trabalho em que me deparava com casos de Sífilis em gestantes inadequadamente seguidos pelas equipes na atenção primária e a frequentes problemas no preenchimento das fichas de notificação compulsória que me instigaram ao desafio de acompanhar as equipes de forma mais próxima e realizar um trabalho de vigilância com uma visão que vai além da doença. As equipes de vigilância epidemiológica possuem uma trajetória histórica de um fazer mais centralizador e normativo. A fim de se buscar formas de avançar frente aos obstáculos encontrados diariamente, surgiu a questão: "Quais as potencialidades e limites do apoio matricial realizado pela Vigilância Epidemiológica às equipes de uma de Saúde da Família para o acompanhamento das gestantes com diagnóstico de Sífilis?" Tem-se o objetivo de analisar as potencialidades e os limites do apoio matricial da Vigilância Epidemiológica às equipes em uma unidade de Saúde da Família para o acompanhamento das gestantes com diagnóstico de Sífilis. Trata-se de um Estudo qualitativo, com aproximação à abordagem sócio-clínica institucional, vertente da análise institucional francesa: realizado em um município do interior de do estado de São Paulo, em uma unidade de Estratégia de Saúde da Família por meio da realização de nove encontros de Apoio Matricial e um encontro de restituição com as equipes tendo como tema o acompanhamento das gestantes com diagnóstico de sífilis. Este estudo possibilitou a aproximação entre a Vigilância Epidemiológica e as equipes de unidade básica de saúde, promovendo espaços para reflexão dos processos de trabalho e frente às dificuldades diárias em lidar com a complexidade da subjetividade dos trabalhadores e usuários. Através dos encontros com as equipes se oportunizaram reflexões coletivas em que se pode conhecer melhor sua realidade, e também identificar suas potencialidades e suas limitações do apoio matricial no cuidado à gestante com diagnóstico de Sífilis. Como potencialidade do apoio matricial da vigilância epidemiológicas às equipes de atenção básica, destaca-se a modificação da postura do vigilante epidemiológico frente às equipes, a produção de vínculos que facilitam a exposição de dúvidas e aprendizagens conjuntas. Como desafio encontrou-se o modo de funcionamento hierarquizado das equipes, dificuldades em relação ao hábito de se colocar em análise, entre outros. Considera-se como aplicabilidade na prática profissional a implantação e implementação de processos de apoio desenvolvidos pelas equipes de vigilância às equipes de atenção primária construindo aprendizados coletivos. O apoio matricial ancorado em referenciais como o da análise institucional pode ser uma tecnologia inovadora para os profissionais da vigilância epidemiológica. O fato de quase não haver até o momento publicações, sobretudo indexadas e que abordem esta temática torna esta pesquisa, inovadora no aspecto de trazer esta nova forma de atuar propondo processos de trabalho em saúde mais efetivos e afetivos, a fim de promover a transformação da relação dos trabalhadores com suas práticas e proporcionar maior resolutividade no acompanhamento de cada pessoa em sua singularidade

The objective is to analyze the potential and limits of the matrix support of Epidemiological Surveillance to teams in a Family Health unit for the monitoring of pregnant women diagnosed with Syphilis. This is a qualitative study, approaching the institutional socio-clinical approach, part of the French institutional analysis: carried out in a municipality in the interior of the state of São Paulo, in a Family Health Strategy unit through the realization of nine Matrix Support meetings and a restitution meeting with the teams with the theme of monitoring pregnant women diagnosed with syphilis. This study enabled the approximation between the Epidemiological Surveillance and the teams of the basic health unit, promoting spaces for reflection of the work processes and facing the daily difficulties in dealing with the complexity of the subjectivity of workers and users. Through the meetings with the teams, collective reflections were made possible in which it is possible to get to know their reality better, and also to identify their potential and their limitations of matrix support in the care of pregnant women diagnosed with Syphilis. As a potential for the matrix support of epidemiological surveillance to primary health care teams, the modification of the epidemiological vigilant's attitude towards the teams stands out, the production of bonds that facilitate the exposure of doubts and joint learning. As a challenge, the teams' hierarchical functioning was found, difficulties in relation to the habit of putting themselves in analysis, among others. It is considered as applicability in professional practice the implementation and implementation of support processes developed by the surveillance teams to the primary care teams, building collective learning. Matrix support anchored in references such as institutional analysis can be an innovative technology for professionals in epidemiological surveillance.
