O Sistema Único de Saúde é um sistema nacional e de caráter universal com base na concepção de saúde como direito de cidadania. No Brasil, os termos Atenção Primária de Saúde e Atenção Básica são utilizados como equivalentes, sendo associados às noções de vinculação e responsabilização, acessibilidade, atenção abrangente e integral, resolutividade e protagonismo na gestão do cuidado. Objetivou-se analisar o acolhimento realizado por enfermeiros da Atenção Primária fundamentado na Sistematização da Assistência da Enfermagem na Atenção Primária em Saúde. Especificamente, viabilizar a aproximação do conhecimento do enfermeiro sobre o acolhimento no que diz respeito à sua vivência do trabalho, bem como analisar mecanismos facilitadores e dificultadores do acolhimento por meio da SAE. Este estudo descritivo exploratório de abordagem qualitativa usou técnica de grupo focal por meio de encontro único com sete enfermeiros da Atenção Primária em Saúde no município de Monte Alto, sendo posteriormente empregada a análise de conteúdo para constituir unidades temáticas, a saber: Construção Coletiva; Relações entre as equipes, trabalhador, usuário e a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem; e o Modelo Assistencial. O estudo revelou que a construção da Atenção Primária em saúde no município configura-se predominantemente "jovem", pois muitos dos participantes não vivenciaram a implantação do SUS na década de 1990, como ocorreu em muitos municípios. O acolhimento foi utilizado como ferramenta da SAE, na qualificação de escuta, construção de vínculos, produção de saúde, articulação do processo de trabalho em equipe e do referenciamento ético para a organização dos serviços, da equipe e do modo de cuidar. Como produtos deste trabalho, evidenciou-se: um protocolo; um introdutório das Equipes de Saúde da família; Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem para enfermeiros com apoio do Núcleo de Educação Permanente e Humanização. Considerou-se que, para promover o acolhimento e a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem na perspectiva da Atenção Primária em Saúde, é necessário reconhecer a singularidade dos atores sociais e promover sua autonomia. Legitimamos a importância de induzir processos de implantação, implementação e avaliação quando o sentido do trabalho existe pelos saberes construídos pela equipe e usuários da saúde

The Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) is the Brazilian national health system based on the principles of universality and health as a right of citizenship. In Brazil, the terms Primary Health Care and Basic Care are both commonly used as equivalent, related to the concepts of linking, accountability, accessibility, broad and integral care, resolvability and emphasis in the care management. This paper analyzed the reception executed by nurses of the Primary Health Care underpinned on the Systematization of the Nursing Assistance (SNA) in the Primary Health Care. Specially, to enable an approximation of the nurse knowledge about the reception related to their professional experience, such as analyze mechanisms that make easier or harder the reception by the SNA. In addition, this descriptive qualitative exploratory research used the focus group technique in one meeting with seven nurses of the Primary Health Care in Monte Alto, municipality of São Paulo state. Later, we proceeded to the content analysis in order to construct the following thematic points: Collective Construction; Relations between the teams, workers and user of the SNA; and the Assistance Model. This study revealed that the construction of the Primary Health Care in this municipality is considered "young" because a considerable part of the participants of this investigation did not experience the SUS implementation in de 1990s, as occurred in many municipalities. The reception was applied as a tool of the SNA, in the qualification of the users listening, to construct affective links, to promote health, in the integration of the teamwork processes and the establishment of ethic parameters for the organization of the services, the team and the manner to promote the health care. As products of this research, we point out: a protocol; an introduction for the teams of the Health Family Program; and the Systematization of the Assistance of Nursing for nurses supported by de Group of Continuing Education and Humanization. In order to promote the reception and the SNA in the perspective of the Primary Health Care, we consider that is necessary to recognize the singularity of the social agents and to promote their autonomy. Thus, we legitimate the importance to induce processes of implantation, implementation and assessment when the meaning of the work exists throughout the knowledge constructed by the health team and the users
