A busca pela consolidação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) no Brasil trouxe repercussões na organização dos serviços de saúde, nas concepções de promoção da saúde, na prevenção de agravos, nas medidas terapêuticas, na produção de cuidados e integralidade da atenção à saúde. Nessa perspectiva, foram lançadas discussões sobre estratégias de mudanças para ampliar a compreensão do sistema de saúde e nesse movimento foi proposta uma aproximação entre as instituições formadoras e os serviços do SUS. No Brasil, o ensino de Enfermagem, a partir das mudanças preconizadas pelas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais dos Cursos de Graduação em Enfermagem, necessita repensar seus projetos e procurar superar as concepções conservadoras, tendo desafios com novas formas de ensinar. O presente estudo teve por objetivo geral analisar as experiências dos estudantes de enfermagem durante a graduação referente à saúde da criança e sua família, na perspectiva do cuidado em saúde, com vistas à reflexão da formação do enfermeiro/a no contexto do SUS. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório e descritivo, com análise qualitativa dos dados, tendo por base os relatos de estudantes de enfermagem durante a graduação, pautado na análise temática a partir de entrevistas semi estruturadas gravadas com 23 estudantes. As idéias-chave e significados das experiências dos estudantes de enfermagem culminaram no agrupamento dos seguintes temas: O cuidado em saúde da criança; Cuidar da criança com a participação da família. O cuidado em saúde é visto pelos estudantes de enfermagem entrevistados como complexo e amplo, que envolve cuidar da vida e da saúde. Entre os elementos para compor esse cuidado, os estudantes destacam o relacionamento interpessoal, o trabalho em equipe, a ajuda de forma ampliada na resolução de problemas, bem como a prevenção, a melhoria da saúde, o tratar, o estar junto e o respeito ao outro. Os estudantes abordaram que o cuidado da saúde da criança está ligado ao contexto em que ela vive, que é preciso conhecer sua família, suas características, seus relacionamentos e condições de vida, pois entendem que a família é a referência para a criança, atentando para um olhar ampliado, não só para a doença, mas para outras necessidades de saúde. Os estudantes expressaram preocupações com a integralidade, o acolhimento e a humanização do cuidado, destacando que tais princípios devem permear todos os níveis de atenção à saúde. As experiências dos estudantes permitiram a construção de conhecimentos significativos e um ,,saber-fazer" fundamentado nas necessidades da criança e sua família.

The search for the consolidation of the Unified Health System (SUS) in Brazil has had repercussions on the organization of health services, the concepts of health promotion, prevention of diseases in therapeutic measures, the production of comprehensive care and health care. From this perspective, strategies were launched discussions on changes to broaden the understanding of the health system and this movement was proposed a rapprochement between training institutions and the NHS services. In Brazil, the teaching of nursing, given the changes recommended by the National Curriculum Guidelines for Undergraduate Courses in Nursing, you need to rethink their designs and seek to overcome the conservative views, and challenges with new ways of teaching. This study aimed at analyzing the experiences of nursing students during graduation on the health of the child and his family from the perspective of health care, in order to reflect the training of nurses / in the context of the SUS. It is an exploratory and descriptive study with qualitative data analysis, based on reports of nursing students during the graduation, based on thematic analysis from semi-structured recorded interviews with 23 students. The key ideas and meanings of the experiences of student nurses led to the grouping of the following topics: The health care of the child, take care of the child with family participation. The health care is seen by respondents as nursing students and a large complex, which involves caring for life and health. Between the elements to make this care, students highlight the interpersonal relationships, teamwork, assistance extended in order to solve problems, as well as prevention, improved health, treat, being together and respect each other . Students addressed the health care of children is linked to the context in which it lives, it is necessary to know their family, their characteristics, their relationships and living conditions, since they assume that the family is the reference to the child, noting an extended look, not only for disease but for other health needs. Students expressed concerns about the completeness, the host and the humanization of care, noting that these principles should permeate all levels of health care. The experiences of students allowed the construction of meaningful knowledge and a 'know-how "based on the needs of the child and his family.
