O parto é um momento de grande relevância para as mulheres sendo construído e moldado pelos valores sociais, culturais e históricos de cada sociedade ao longo da vida, mas cuja percepção é singular. O estudo tem como pressuposto que as mulheres não verbalizam seus reais sentimentos sobre a vivência do parto, em virtude da estrutura social e cultural que permeia o campo da maternidade. É a partir desse contexto que essa pesquisa visa compreender os sentimentos das mulheres acerca de seus partos, a interferência da construção social do papel da mulher na capacidade de expressarem esses sentimentos e o potencial de apoio das redes sociais enquanto espaço de escuta, discussão, troca de experiências, conhecimento e empoderamento das mulheres no processo de nascimento. O objetivo é desenvolver infográficos animados que apresentem os sentimentos das mulheres acerca do nascimento de seus filhos e a interferência da sociedade e/ou pessoas de seu convívio na capacidade de expressão desses sentimentos e que esse seja uma ferramenta para fortalecer e empoderar as mulheres no processo de parto e nascimento. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida em duas etapas metodológicas, sendo um estudo exploratório-descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, tendo a Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados como referencial metodológico e o Paradigma da Complexidade o referencial teórico e um estudo de aplicação com a construção dos infográficos animados. A primeira etapa do estudo deu origem a três diagramas. O primeiro apresenta os sentimentos vivenciados pela mulher, evidenciando que eles são distintos e antagônicos, mas apesar de serem reciprocamente excludentes eles se complementam. O segundo reflete a percepção das mulheres com relação à capacidade de expressar seus sentimentos e como a sociedade e/ou seus familiares e amigos podem interferir nesse processo. O terceiro discute a ideia reforçada pelo imaginário coletivo e pelos padrões sociais que associam a felicidade da mãe tão somente à saúde e bem-estar do bebê, independente de suas vontades e sentimentos. O estudo descritivo deu base e sustentação para o desenvolvimento da segunda etapa do estudo com a construção dos infográficos animados que tem como temas os sentimentos experimentados pelas mulheres e a assistência obstétrica como geradora de sentimentos, conflitos, incertezas e inseguranças. O primeiro infográfico aborda os sentimentos vivenciados pelas mulheres e o segundo traz a assistência obstétrica pautada nas melhores práticas baseadas em evidências. Esse estudo mostra que a mulher está fortemente ligada aos padrões e regras da sociedade, mas que elas desejam quebrar esses paradigmas, serem mais atuantes e ativas em seus partos, e que suas escolhas e decisões sejam respeitadas. Ficou evidente que elas sentem necessidade de expressar o turbilhão de sentimentos que o parto e o puerpério despertam, mas não são compreendidas ou acolhidas da maneira como gostariam. A família acolhe, mas não apoia integralmente. A sociedade julga e condena. Há falta de acolhimento e distancia por parte dos profissionais de saúde. Os médicos não respeitam suas escolha e decisões e se mantém no comando do parto. A mudança nesse padrão passa pelo desenvolvimento de três pilares: conhecimento, empoderamento feminino e políticas públicas.

Childbirth is a moment of great relevance for women, being constructed and shaped by the social, cultural and historical values of each society throughout life, but whose perception is unique. The study assumes that women do not verbalize their real feelings about the experience of childbirth, due to the social and cultural structure that permeates the field of motherhood. It is from this context that this research aims to understand the feelings of women about their births, the interference of the social construction of the role of women in the ability to express these feelings and the potential support of social networks as a space for listening, discussion, exchange of experiences, knowledge and empowerment of women in the birth process. Social networks have provided space for discussion and exchange of experiences, allowing them to expose their feelings. The objective is to develop animated infographics that present women's feelings about the birth of their children and the interference of society and/or people they live with in the ability to express these feelings and that this is a tool to strengthen and empower women in the process of labor and birth. The research was developed in two methodological stages, being an exploratory-descriptive study with a qualitative approach, using Grounded Theory as a methodological framework and the Complexity Paradigm as a theoretical framework, and an application study with the construction of animated infographics. The first stage of the study gave rise to three diagrams. The first presents the feelings experienced by the woman, showing that they are distinct and antagonistic, but despite being reciprocally exclusive, they complement each other. The second reflects the women's perception regarding the ability to express their feelings and how society and/or their family and friends can interfere in this process. The third discusses the idea reinforced by the collective imagination and by social standards that associate the mother's happiness solely with the baby's health and well-being, regardless of her wishes and feelings. The descriptive study provided the basis and support for the development of the second stage of the study with the construction of animated infographics that have as themes the feelings experienced by women and obstetric care as a generator of feelings, conflicts, uncertainties and insecurities. The first infographic addresses the feelings experienced by women and the second brings obstetric care based on evidence-based best practices. This study show that women are strongly connected to society's standards and rules, but that they want to break these paradigms, be more active in their births, and that their choices and decisions are respected. It was evident that they feel a great need to express the whirlwind of feelings that childbirth and the puerperium arouse, but they are not understood or welcomed the way they would like. The family welcomes, but does not fully support. Society judges and condemns. There is a lack of reception and distance from health professionals. Doctors do not respect their choice and decisions and remain in charge of childbirth. The change in this pattern involves the development of three pillars: knowledge, female empowerment and public policies.
