The sample consisted of 151 women living with HIV/AIDS, who were undergoing outpatient follow-up at the SAE. The interventions were applied over a period of two months, with an evaluation and then the first face-to-face intervention. The second intervention took place through eight weekly messages via WhatsApp, and the third intervention took place in the second and last face-to-face or remote meeting, before the last assessment. The instrument data were entered and exported to a definitive database, using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program, version 26.0. All analyzes were performed using the R program (R Core Team, 2021) with a significance level of 5%. Second phase: 97.4% of the participants were cisgender, aged between 18 and 58 years old, 55.6% considered themselves brown, 32.5% had elementary school, most were unemployed and 68.8% had an income monthly from 1 to 3 minimum wages. 88.7% had a steady partner, 55% had serodiscordant partners, 91.4% use some form of prevention and 65.5% revealed the diagnosis to their partner. Adherence to treatment by women increased by 53% after the interventions, according to the Cuestionario para la Evaluación de la Adhesión al Tratamiento Antiretroviral (CEAT-HIV). After the interventions, there was an increase in the levels of correct answers in all variables of knowledge about the risk of sexual transmission of HIV. In the domains of the health beliefs model, there was an increase in correct answers in the majority (80%) of the domains after the interventions. Conclusion: It was evidenced that the educational interventions performed increased the levels of correctness of the study variables. It is understood that these interventions modified knowledge and beliefs in a positive way, and could influence the preventive behavior of women living with HIV.
