Esta dissertação tem como objetivo primordial sistematizar e trazer para o campo da filosofia do direito a obra do teórico inglês Mark Fisher, explorando conceitos por esse criados ou desenvolvidos, notadamente os do realismo capitalista, hauntologia e comunismo ácido, como modo de compreensão e de superação das injustiças do tempo presente, principalmente aquelas decorrentes da sociabilidade capitalista em sua modulação do tempo pós-fordista.

The main objective of this dissertation is to systematize and bring to the field of philosophy of law the work of the English theorist Mark Fisher, exploring concepts created or developed by him, notably those of capitalist realism, hauntology and acid communism, as a way of understanding and overcoming the injustices of the present time, mainly those resulting from capitalist sociability in its modulation of post-Fordist times.
