Objetiva-se, com o presente trabalho, investigar a construção identitária de sujeitos considerados abjetos pela dominante e compulsória normatização de gênero, a qual busca ajustar-nos às expectativas e demandas socialmente definidas no nascimento por uma estrutura que nos concebe como indivíduos monoliticamente revestidos de papéis sexuais. Para tanto, tencionou-se recorrer ao exame de aspectos atinentes à vida, existência e resistência de pessoas que não se confinam no padrão estético-comportamental hegemônico e que, em razão disso, problematizam a questão do gênero e o binarismo que lhes é imposto por uma sociedade desacostumada com as configurações identitárias que transcendem as rígidas e preconcebidas representações de feminino e masculino. Nesse diapasão, sem pretender esgotar o estudo das variadas e complexas expressões e identidades de gênero que não podem (nem devem) ser exclusivamente circunscritas a definições e elucidações teóricas , planejou-se refletir sobre os principais elementos conceituais, históricos, legais, práticos e jurisprudenciais concernentes ao tema, coligandoos com as informações obtidas em depoimentos e relatos de pessoas que integram o amplo universo da transgeneridade e da não-binariedade de gênero e que clamam pelo reconhecimento de suas individualidades, experimentando cotidianamente a angústia de sobreviver às exigências de normas sociais que restringem as condições e necessidades básicas de suas vidas. Propôs-se, com isso, desenvolver, breve e despretensiosamente, a ideia de que as identidades de gênero devem ser repensadas para além das inflexíveis referências bifacetárias e heterocisnormativas de mulher e homem e compreendidas como múltiplas, móveis e flutuantes, não respondendo apenas a fictícios padrões homogêneos, mas, sobretudo, a estímulos subjetivos, íntimos e privados.

The purpose of this work is to investigate the identity construction of subjects considered abject by the dominant and compulsory normatization of gender, which seeks to adjust us to the expectations and demands socially defined at birth by a structure that conceives of us as individuals monolithically coated of sexual roles. To this end, it was intended to resort to the examination of aspects pertaining to the life, existence and resistance of people who are not confined in the hegemonic aesthetic-behavioral pattern and who, because of this, problematize the issue of gender and the binarism imposed on them by a society unaccustomed to the identity configurations that transcend the rigid and preconceived representations of feminine and masculine. In this sense, without trying to exhaust the study of the varied and complex gender expressions and identities, which should not be circumscribed exclusively in theoretical definitions and elucidations, it was planned to reflect on the main conceptual, historical, legal, practical and jurisprudential elements concerning the theme, linking them with the information obtained in testimonies and reports from people who are part of the broad universe of transgender and non-binary gender and who claim for recognition of their individualities, experiencing daily the anguish of surviving the demands of social norms that restrict the basic conditions and needs of their lives. With this, it was proposed to develop, briefly and unpretentiously, the idea that gender identities should be rethought beyond the inflexible bifacetary and heterocisnormative references of women and men and understood as multiple, mobile and floating, not only responding to fictitious homogeneous patterns, but, above all, to subjective, intimate and private impulses.
