Abstract in English
This paper analyses the balance between structures and agency in the work of Iris Marion Young, on three subjects: justice, social groups and responsibility. Young criticizes notions of justice that do not consider institutional contexts and social processes, and proposes an enlarged conception of justice that considers these elements and comprehends people as forming themselves in the relationships that they maintain. Considering structures, Young comprehends groups as agents and as addressees, so she proposes a concept for social groups. This concept is altered by Young in the long of years, in a way that it is maintained without becoming essentialist, allowing explanations about differences in them and about how each person reacts to her belonging. At last, the balance between structures and agency can be observed in Young's considerations about responsibility, Young defends two kinds of responsibility, one based on the model of guilty, and the other based on social connections.
