O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender, por meio da famosa obra prima da literatura ocidental, "Édipo rei", de Sófocles, com fulcro no ensino interdisciplinar, o caráter interativo das relações de poder, a legitimidade e o discurso, sob a abordagem da pragmática jurídica. Antes disso, primoroso o resgate da incipiência do Direito, da arte poética e teatral, do sempiterno filósofo Aristóteles, uma vez que a obra sofocliana do mito edipiano foi escrita na Grécia, na Antiguidade. Para ratificar a pretensão do trabalho, o estudo tem supedâneo nos ensinamentos do grande filósofo Michel Foucault, aprimorado pela professora Mara Regina de Oliveira sobre a temática do poder aliada a outros estudiosos da filosofia, do direito e da arte. A interação dos saberes propicia uma forma reflexiva e próspera da compreensão da realidade, o que é fundamental para o enriquecimento em âmbito pedagógico e para evolução da humanidade. Ademais, a obra poetizada eleita explora o quanto a linguagem e a experiência artística estimulam o pensamento jurídico-filosófico, gerando um entendimento ampliado acerca da complexidade humana, enfim, do homem e do universo, por meio da arte.

The aim of this work is to understand, through the famous masterpiece of western literature, "Oedipus the King" or "Oedipus Rex" by Sophocles, with a focus on interdisciplinary teaching, the interactive character of power relations, legitimacy and discourse, under the pragmatic legal approach. Before that, the exquisite rescue of the incipience of law, of the poetic and theatrical art, of the everlasting philosopher Aristotle, since the work of Sophocles, the Oedipal Myth, was written in Greece in antiquity. To ratify the pretense of the work, the study has its foundation in the teachings of the great philosopher Michel Foucault, enhanced by Professor Mara Regina de Oliveira on the theme of power allied to other scholars of philosophy, of law and art. The interaction of knowledge provides a reflective and prosperous way of understanding reality, which is fundamental for the enrichment in the pedagogical scope and for the evolution of humanity. Moreover, the poetized work of art explores how language and artistic experience stimulate juridical-philosophical thinking, generating a broader understanding of the human complexity, finally, of man and the universe, through art.
