O assédio moral estrutural na categoria bancária, com a gestão por pressão, gestão por estresse, ideologia corporativista e constante cobrança abusiva de metas inatingíveis, com o uso de uma estruturação diferenciada, tem exterminado a dignidade e a saúde dos bancários e bancárias no ambiente de trabalho, gerando doenças profissionais dos tipos musculoesqueléticas e mentais. As causas desse tipo de assédio, bem como as consequências que atingem a categoria bancária serão objetos deste estudo.

The structural mobbing to the banking employees, with the management by pressure, management by stress, corporatist ideology and constant abusive collection of unattainable goals, using a diferentiated structuring, has exterminated the dignity and health of bank employees at the work enviroment, causing occupational diseases of the musculoskeletal and mental types. The causes of this type of harrassment, as well as the consequences that affects the banking employees will be objects of this study.
