Abstract in English
The present work aims to analyze co-management, with emphasis on German historical and legal experience and, after an analysis of Brazilian history and legal experience with the same institute, conclude by the possibility of using co-management as a stage of preparation and learning collective with the objective of reaching a self-managed society or, at least, a fair, equal and democratic one. In this context, the university is assigned the task of promoting access to the knowledge produced by it and to the discussions held within it, - quite possibly through university extension - with the purpose of promoting the personal development of each one and making it people able to organize and act for themselves.
