Este estudo tem por pretensão trazer a lume o tema da tutela jurídica dos microlesões, destacando o conceito, a utilidade prática e os mecanismos judiciais e extrajudiciais de tutela, propondo soluções economicamente viáveis de tutela processual, extraprocessual, administrativa e da sociedade civil organizada. O presente trabalho busca suscitar o debate sobre a tutela dos direitos de pequena dimensão, perpassando pela análise das tutelas individual e coletiva, em especial no campo dos direitos individuais homogêneos, sempre buscando efetivar a missão do conhecimento jurídico: pacificação social.

This study has the intention to bring to light the issue of legal protection of small claim, highlighting the concept, practical utility and judicial and extrajudicial mechanisms of protection, proposing economically viable solutions for procedural, extraprocessual, administrative and organized civil society protection. The present work seeks to stimulate the debate on the protection of the rights of small measure, passing through the analysis of individual and collective protection, especially in the field of individual homogeneous rights, always seeking to carry out the mission of legal knowledge: social pacification.
