O presente trabalho tem por objetivo o estudo da jurisdição constitucional de Argentina, Paraguai e Uruguai, buscando analisar a maneira como estes países a desenvolveram, principalmente suas originalidades e distinções em relação aos modelos clássicos de controle de constitucionalidade. Buscou-se analisar também, a partir dos três exemplos estudados, como o controle de constitucionalidade no âmbito latino-americano tem se mostrado um rico laboratório de experiências concernentes à jurisdição constitucional. Para tal fim, foi realizada, no primeiro capítulo, uma introdução a respeito dos aspectos gerais da jurisdição constitucional, especialmente os temas que serão objeto de análise em cada um dos sistemas jurídicos em estudo. Após, analisou-se, separadamente, por capítulo, o controle de constitucionalidade em Argentina, Paraguai e Uruguai para, ao final, realizar-se um cotejo de suas respectivas jurisdições constitucionais, mormente suas divergências e consonâncias com os clássicos modelos de controle de constitucionalidade.

The present work objectives a study of the constitutional jurisdiction of Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, seeking to analyze how it was developed, mainly their origins and distinctions in relation to the classic models of judicial review. It was also sought to analyze, from the three countries studied, how the judicial review in Latin American has been behad as a rich constitutional laboratory. In order to achieve the objective of this work, an introduction about judicial review was made in the first chapter, especially the topics that are the subject of analysis in each of the legal systems under study. After, it was analyzed, by separeted chapters, the judicial review in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, in order to, in the end, make a comparison of their respective constitutional jurisdictions, mainly their divergences and consonances with the classic models of judicial review.
