Abstract in English
In this study, a research is carry out ascertaining the implications for Economic Law of the phenomenon of economic activity's organization known in the legal field as macroenterprise. The thesis argues that the factual framework compels the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Powers to respond to an underlying scenario of large companies, in which the company itself and the economy - the part and the whole - become something very similar. The research presents the relations between the macroenterprise and the economy and their impacts on the Law. From this standpoint, a legal theory about this phenomenon is developed and a specific approach is proposed regarding the legal instruments able to direct the enterprise to the achievement not only of the interests proper to the business activity, but also of the interests of the national economy itself. This undertaking requires research on a legal doctrine that intertwines the economic power of the large corporation and the state's sovereignty over the national economy. Hence, Economic Law tends increasingly to bring the Administrative Law near to the Corporate Law as the private power of control over the macroenterprise increasingly comes closer to the state's sovereignty over the national economy.
