Abstract in English
This paper aims to analyze the effect and eventual effectiveness of online evaluation systems as builders of digital reputation, especially regarding sharing economies. Therefore, the paper analyzes, in principle, the different conceptions of the so-called sharing economies, based on the different sources on the theme. The importance of technology and the way information reaches consumers is highlighted, so that the right / duty to inform takes on a new shape in this scenario of wide access and sharing of opinions on networks. It is hoped that the research may contribute to further clarify the recent phenomenon of sharing economies as a means of access to goods and services, as well as other issues that deserve further analysis, such as the regulatory issues of such activities, and those regarding the use of online review tools by users of digital platforms.
