Abstract in English
Nowadays, with a bigger complexity of the information systems, it becomes fundamental to model the organizations, not only intemally, but also with the objective to point altemative strategies that help the understanding of the business itself. The market, more and more, demands that the focus of systems development abandons the simply functional view. To develop systems complex demands that there are models that deal with aspects beyond the usual approached. The techniques, traditionally applied to the software development, deal with aspects related to the functionality of the system, to the description of activities and entities, the entries that should be transformed and the exits, that should be produced, but they don't consider some organizational aspects, that in general, are indispensable for the efficacy of the system. This way, Organizational Modeling facilitates the understanding of the business environment and it is recognized like a valious activity by the Requirements Engineering. Through the techniques of organizational modeling are represented among other, processes, information, actors, objectives, strategies, politics and non-functional requirements. The representation of the non-functional requirements is important, because these, establish restrictions on as the functional requirements they will be implemented. In this sense, the present work objects, through a bibliographical rewiew, to present the Technique of Organizational Modeling I*, showing its contribution to the process of Requirements Engineering, where will be given a special prominence to the non-functional requirements.
