Abstract in English
Weld metals were produced by submerged are welding in V-groove plates, commercial HSLA steels of national origin were used, with three different levels of Nb. Were determined mechanical properties of hardenn Charpy Impact Test, as well as chemical analyses and metallography for weld metal as welded condition. That's properties were determined with weld metal as welded and with heat treatment at 650oC in the time for 1h and 3h (stress relieving). It was heat treatment too for at 250oC in the time 4h and 8h (aging), which studied mechanical properties of hardness and Charpy Impact Test. It was observed that in weld metals obtained with the conbination invloving Ti-Bor022 and SD-3 wires with Op-121-TT flux, the dominant microstructure was fine acicular ferrite. For results of hardness in the weld metal as welded condition and after heat treatment showed to be very differents, related to the Nb levels. The resul ts of toughness measured by transition temperature using 50% FATT were in accordance with the Dolby Model. The results of toughness for aging for the weld metal as welded condition after heat treatment measured by transition temperature using 50% FATT indicated that in stress relieving obtained reduction touglmess. The results of toughness for metal aging as welded condition is better for low hardenability, while for high hardenability there is a absorved energy decrease. The results were seen to be influenced by the Nb levels in the metal welded condition .
