A globalização trouxe uma aproximação entre as culturas, os hábitos e o conhecimento. É possível participar de trabalhos com pesquisadores do outro lado do mundo, bem como transferir informações de estoques, ordem de compra ou modificações no processo produtivo utilizando as telecomunicações e a informática. Ela modificou as relações entre empresa e mercado, facilitando a mudança de produto, mas exigindo flexibilidade e criatividade para permanecer nesse mercado. Essa mudança atingiu todas as áreas: econômica, social e cultural. O consumidor passou a ter um outro perfil, mais exigente e conhecedor de seus direitos. Ele é capaz de comprar não somente no mundo físico, mas no mundo virtual. Não está mais disposto a pagar pelos problemas ocorridos dentro de fábrica ou na distribuição do produto. Esse consumidor é exigente e busca sempre novos produtos que venham melhorar sua vida. A Universidade é parte desse contexto. É ela a fonte geradora de questionamentos, ciência e conhecimentos. É através das universidades que são formadas as elites responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento econômico e social do país. Sendo assim, é necessário que a universidade, através de suas áreas, conheça as mudanças ocorridas no mercado e levante aquelas que são coerentes para o melhor desenvolvimento dos futuros profissionais que serão formados por ela. Esse trabalho tem por finalidade apresentar um procedimento para ajudar os professores dos cursos de Enfenharia a planejarem suas aulas de forma a contemplar competências necessárias na nova sociedade globalizada. O conhecimento do ciclo da aprendizagem é a base para desenvolver um professor mais envolvido com seus alunos e mais comprometido com o aprendizado

The globalization brought proximity amongst cultures, of habits and knowledge. It's possible to share works with researches on the other side of the world, as well as to transfer information of stock trade order to purchase or modifications in the productive process using telecomunications and informatics. This has modify the relations between companies and the market, making much easier the change of products, but demanding flexibility and creativity in order to remain in the market. This change has reached all areas: Economical, social and cultural. The consumer has acquired another profile, more demounting and knowing his own sights. He is capable of buying not only in the physical world, as well in the virtual world. He is not within to pay for the problems that took place in the factory or in the distribution of the product. The new consumer is demanding and he searches always for new products that may improve his life. The university is part of this context. It's the source that generates these questioning, science and knowledge. It is through the universities that are formed the elite responsible for the economical and social development of the country. There for, it is necessary that the university through the diverse departments became acquainted with emphasize those that are coherent to improve the development of future professional that graduate from aforesaid university. This work has for aim and purpose to present a procedure to help the teachers of engineering courses to plan their classes in a way to contemplate the necessary competences in new globalize society.
