A informatização de laboratórios de alta tensão através da digitalização e processamento de sinais esta se tornando uma realidade com o advento de digitalizadores ultra-rápidos e de novos sistemas de aquisição de dados, a exemplo dos scanners. Este trabalho, visando criar subsídios para a utilização desses equipamentos, esta produzindo um programa computacional aberto com poderosas ferramentas de interface e processamento de sinais.Ressalta-se dentre essas ferramentas uma sub-rotina para controle de handscanner, captura, identificação e processamento dos sinais contidos em oscilogramas; uma sub-rotina com funções semelhantes, mas para sinais oriundos de um digitalizador hp 54111d e sub-rotinas para interpretação de ensaios laboratoriais. Com este pacote computacional torna-se possível unir a tecnologia atual dos osciloscópios digitais com os procedimentos mais remotos de analise de ensaios laboratoriais registrados em fotografias de sinais de osciloscópios de impulso

The fact that transient waveform digitizer and new data acquisition systems is changing the environment of high voltage laboratory is a real i ty. The use o f these new equipments and processes needs new computational tools. The principal proposal of this work is present art open computer software named ACLAT which has got a collection of these powerful tools such as HandScanner control, acquisition and signal processing and impulse phenomena analysis. The new technique of the data capture using Scanner is also presented. Its main characteristic is to join old acquisition data by impulse oscilloscopes with new technology of the signal processing.
