O presente trabalho trata de uma metodologia para adaptação de técnicas radiográficas entre diferentes aparelhos de Raios-X, para que os mesmos operem de maneira coordenada em exames radiográficos, produzindo um mesmo padrão de imagem no final do processo. Também sistematiza procedimentos de controle de qualidade das grandezas tensão elétrica, camada semi-redutora, rendimento e fator Bucky. Para tanto, além da utilização de fantomas simuladores de órgãos, é utilizado um sistema computacional que engendra funções de ajuste referentes a cada grandeza em cada aparelho de Raios-X avaliado. Foram produzidas imagens radiográficas de crânio e pelve com alta qualidade, que após passarem por avaliações subjetiva e quantitativa, comprovaram a eficiência da pesquisa. Com a metodologia proposta é possível reduzir a taxa de repetição de exames, em um serviço de radiodiagnóstico, decorrente das diferenças entre os equipamentos de Raios-X existentes .

The present work is about a methodology for adaptation of technical radiographics among different machines of Ray-X, so that the same ones operate of way coordinate in exams radiographics, producing a same image pattern in the end of the process. It also systematizes procedures of control of quality of the greatness electric tension, half value layer, output and factor Bucky. For so much, besides the use of phantoms simulators of organs, it is used a system of computer that engenders referring adjustment functions to each greatness in each machine of Ray-X appraised. Images cranium radiographics and pelvis were produced with high quality, that after they go by subjective and quantitative evaluations, they checked the efficiency of the research. With the methodology proposal it is possible to reduce the rate of repetition of exams, in a radiodiagnosis service, due to the differences among the equipments of Ray-X existent.
