Keywords in Portuguese
Dor pélvica crônica
Questionário Delphi
Ultrassonografia

Abstract in English
Objective: to propose a standardized model for the ultrasound examination report in women with chronic pelvic pain (CPP) that can be applied in clinical practice. Methods: A Delphi survey was carried out among an international panel of experts in chronic pelvic pain and ultrasound, selected for their clinical and scientific experience in the subject. Three rounds of questions were performed to assess the main sonographic parameters in the assessment of CPD. Consensus was defined by a minimum agreement of 70% on the questions addressed or by a simple majority (>50%) on successively disagreeing questions. Results: of 86 invited experts, 21 completed the survey. The final model for the ultrasound examination of women with CPP, established by expert consensus, contains the assessment of the quality of the examination, the areas to be evaluated, elements that must be included in the exam and probes to be used. Conclusion: The proposed model for the ultrasound report of women with chronic pelvic pain aims to standardize the performance of the examination, enhancing its diagnostic effectiveness and clinical applicability. This tool needs future validation through controlled studies, in order to serve as a protocol for professionals in the field.
