Este trabalho se debruça sobre a história da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, em especial sobre os acontecimentos dos anos 1960, com o objetivo de debater o fenômeno das remoções a partir de uma perspectiva descolonial e de gênero. Conta-se com um corpus heterogêneo, na prática de tecer uma narrativa cujo principal exercício é elucidar tensões que, embora historicamente constituídas, permanecem operantes até os dias de hoje. Entende-se que as remoções constituem uma pegada histórica na organização e reestruturação das cidades brasileiras. Sugere-se que tal prática, que se repete e atualiza em uma miríade de cidades do globo, vem atuando como instrumento de um urbanismo colonizado e, ao mesmo tempo, colonizante do espaço urbano brasileiro. A partir do arcabouço conceitual do feminismo descolonial a pesquisa analisa como concepções hegemônicas de saber, poder e ser se articularam e materializaram i) na constituição do saber urbanístico brasileiro; ii) na organização formal do território carioca; iii) nas formas possíveis de se reproduzir a história da cidade. Intenta-se manufaturar uma dissertação cuja forma seja compreendida como parte imprescindível do conteúdo, entendendo que enquanto a forma teria o poder de reproduzir hierarquias opressoras e excludentes, esta também poderia representar possibilidades de aberturas, ou até mesmo rupturas na produção de conhecimento acadêmico. Adota-se a ficção como método, aposta que vem sendo muito explorada por feministas descoloniais, a fim de criar uma narrativa sobre as remoções no Rio de Janeiro que abarque a interdisciplinaridade, a multiescalaridade e múltiplas formas de periodização da vida-memória.

This work focuses on the history of the city of Rio de Janeiro, especially in the events of the 1960s, with the objective of debating the phenomenon of forced evictions from a decolonial and gender-oriented perspective. There is a heterogeneous corpus, in the practice of weaving a narrative whose main exercise is to elucidate tensions that, although historically constituted, remain operative to this day. It is understood that forced evictions constitute a historical footprint in the organization and restruction of Brazilian cities. It is suggested that this practice, which is repeated and updated in a myriad of cities around the globe, has been acting as an instrument of colonized urbanism and, at the same time, colonizing the Brazilian urban space. From the conceptual framework of decolonial feminism, the research analyzes how hegemonic conceptions of knowledge, power and being were articulated and materialized i) in the constitution of Brazilian urban knowledge; ii) in the formal organization of the Carioca territory; iii) in the possible ways of reproducing the history of the city. It is intended to manufacture a work where its form is understood as an essential part of its content, understanding that while form could have the power to reproduce oppressive and excluding hierarchies, it could also represent possibilities of openings, or even ruptures in the production of academic knowledge. Fiction is adopted as a method, a bet that has been much explored by decolonial feminists, in order to create a narrative about forced evictions in Rio de Janeiro that encompasses interdisciplinarity, multiscalarity and multiple forms of periodization of life-memory.
