Abstract in English
As soon as I arrived in São Paulo, abrupt changes were imposed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, restructuring our living spaces, requiring new living conditions from them. My confined and solitary body began to produce affections that were more and more reactive, due to the automatism generated. And it is in this scenario that the research unfolds, more specifically, from the break with this reduced scale to stretch my horizons and senses through walking so that other cities can be experienced in these encounters. This, then, is my proposal. Coupling the idea of rhizome, a structure of passages full of metrical confusions, without beginning, end, center or periphery, with an experimental writing process of and by the body that is made by urban contingencies. I try, therefore, to investigate how it enables ways of saying the city as a power that opens up to the production of difference and multiplicity. I take the thoughts of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari about rhizome to justify my idea of different possible entrances and exits in the city based on the choice of the body that walks as an intercessor. This body thought of as language and intensive scale allows the city's graphics and narratives to be reconstructed through the crossings of its exhibition, unfolding in cartographic productions built from the meetings organized by my body in the city of São Paulo. Therefore, it is from this context that I see and place my experiments.
