Esta dissertação trata da Avaliação Pós-Ocupação (APO) dos conjuntos habitacionais populares em Londrina - Pr, que tiveram como agente promotor a Companhia de Habitação de Londrina (COHAB)-LDA), produzidos no final da década de setenta e início da década de oitenta, época esta, que representa o início do apogeu das construções promovidas pela COHAB-LDA. Os conjuntos habitacionais construídos pela COHAB-LDA respresentam 84,19% do total de moradias promovidas pelo poder publico, enrtre1969 e1997, no município. Este trabalho realiza uma avaliação técnica e de satisafação do usuário voltada ao sistema construtivo, com ênfase nos aspectos de uso, manutenção preventiva e corretiva, incluindo custos de reparos e de manutenções. Pretende diagnosticar em especial, o nível de satisfação dos moradores em relação às habitações. Levanta os problemas técnico-construtivos existentes, localização, origem e os custos dos mesmos. Realiza cruzamentos entre os vários resultados obtidos, visando dar base para conclusões e recomendações que poderão ser úteis a construtores, agentes promotores, agentes financiadores, acadêmicos e pesquisadores, em projetos similares.

This thesis is about the Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) of Popular Housing Assemblages in Londrina - PR, that had (COHAB-LDA) Londrina Housing Company as its promotion agent, built in the late seventies and early eighties, period that represents the beginning oft he apogee of the constructions promoted by COHAB-LDA. The Popular Housing Developments built by COHAB-LDA represent 84,19% of the total dwellings promoted by the government, between 1969 and 1997, in the city. This thesis performs a technical and a users satisfaction evaluation in relation to the constructive system, emphasizing the aspects of use, corrective and preventive maintenance, including the costs of repairs and maintenance. It intends to diagnose especially, the level of satisfaction of the users in relation to the dwellings. It raises existing constructive technical problems, location, origin and their costs. It performs crossings among the obtained results, in order to base the conclusions and recommendatios that may be useful for constructors, promotion agents, researchers and students in similar projects.
