Keywords in Portuguese
Interculturalidade; Astronomia cultural; Cultura Guarani; Observatório solar; Gamificação.

Abstract in English
This dissertation is addressed to educators, curious and individuals interested in knowledge of indigenous cultures, especially the knowledge related to the celestial observations of the Guarani peoples. Initially, a compilation of the main knowledge recorded was carried out to be used in the elaboration of teaching practices in astronomy. In this work the teaching practice selected was the elaboration of a solar observatory, and the contextualization of the same was carried out using a narrative that presents some aspects of Guarani culture. The Stellarium Astronomy Software was also used as a complementary element to the narrative, where some of the Guarani constellations could be presented, complementing the practice of celestial observation. A quiz was designed to describe the astronomical concepts involved in observations with the solar observatory and Stellarium software. The narrative, Stellarium and feedback system of the quiz were considered as elements of games that constitute the active methodology based on gamification. The educational activity proposed here enables the teaching of intercultural astronomy, enforcing the requirements of the current legislation (Law 11.645/08) in the school curriculum and in different teaching models, especially in non-formal education and distance learning.
