Abstract in English
Training program analysis and its impact on trainees: a case study on the implementation of the Validation Rocket entrepreneurship method in classroom. The training program used the Validation Rocket entrepreneurship method and was applied during the first semester of 2018 to approximately 40 undergraduate students, with the aim of developing pedagogical artifacts. To assess the impact of this training on the trainees, the renowned scale by Abbad (1999) was adapted, which had been developed and validated multiple times to measure the impact of business training, for the purposes of self and hetero assessment by training colleagues. Fifteen self- assessments were obtained (return rate of 40.54%) and 42 hetero assessments. The scales underwent reliability analysis (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) and the sphericity tests of Bartlett and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkim (KMO), and then were submitted to exploratory factor analysis, where they were found, adopting the criterion of total variance, three-factor structure explaining 60% of the total variance of responses in both cases. The results allowed us to conclude that the scales used are psychometrically reliable and valid, indicating, therefore, that the objective of this research was satisfactorily achieved
