Esta tese em formato de três artigos mapeou o ecossistema de serviços contínuos em uso compartilhado (SCUC). O valor na cocriação de um serviço cuja natureza de sua entrega é contínua (ao invés de discreta) é otimizado (diminuído) diante das experiências de interação do indivíduo na dimensão self-outros-cultura proposta por Boesch (2001) e Simão (2020). Este artigo teve como objetivo construir uma análise do self acionário como preditor da lealdade do consumidor e como resultante das relações triádicas cogenéticas. Sob a lente da social exchange theory (SET) e dentro do escopo da Lógica S-D, trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico com 443 artigos. Posteriormente, houve uma etapa de entrevistas semiestruturadas com cinquenta participantes (vinte horas de gravação). Por fim, um artigo quantitativo (n=223) com técnicas multivariadas e um framework integrativo empregados em dois tipos diferentes de SCUC permitiram a contribuição para o avanço da literatura ao apresentarem as relações triádicas cogenéticas ao marketing de serviços. Esta tese avança os estudos da área ao mostrar as relações triádicas cogenéticas, identificando que, mais do que abrir espaço para a cocriação, é importante que o ecossistema seja um ambiente ideal para o self acionário do consumidor, motivando-o a cocriar.

This thesis, in a three-article format, has mapped the ongoing service in the shared-use (OSSU) ecosystem. The value co-creation of a service whose delivery nature is ongoing (instead of discrete) is optimized (versus decreased) in the face of the individuals interaction experiences in the self-others-culture dimension proposed by Boesch (2001) and Simão (2020). This article aimed to build an analysis of the self-actor as a predictor of consumer loyalty and as a result of cogenetic triadic relationships. Under the lens of social exchange theory (SET) and within the scope of S-D Logic, a bibliographic study with 443 articles was conduct at first. Then, a stage of semi-structured interviews with 50 participants (20 hours of recording). And finally, a quantitative article (n=223) with multivariate techniques and an integrative framework used in two different types of SCUC allowed the contribution to the advancement of the literature by bringing cogenetic triadic relationships to service marketing. This thesis advances in the sense of getting cogenetic triadic relationships, identifying that, more than opening space for co-creation, it is essential that the ecosystem be an ideal environment for the consumers self, motivating them to co-create.
