A tese defende o uso do Blended Learning (Learning), alinhado com a educação 4.0 e o planejamento reverso, para melhorar o processo de ensino e aprendizagem em cursos de Administração e Negócios. Além de propor um modelo teórico estruturado por meio de um framework de planejamento curricular, discute a implementação de técnicas como a rotação por estações, focando em melhorar o aprendizado para os estudantes. A pesquisa inclui três artigos independentes, cada um abordando um aspecto específico deste tema, visando ampliar a compreensão e aplicação prática do bLearning na educação gerencial. Utiliza a indicação do Regulamento do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Administração (PPGA) da FEA/USP, da possibilidade de se de estruturar a pesquisa por estudos múltiplos e interligados, permitindo a compreensão e a contribuição das diferentes partes do documento, que responde a um problema científico, com sequência entre os diferentes estudos, possibilitando uma análise conjunta dos resultados dos três artigos independentes. O primeiro artigo, visa alcançar o entendimento da comunidade científica internacional, sobre a temática. O segundo artigo, refere-se ao desenvolvimento de uma ferramenta com o propósito de fornecer apoio aos docentes no aprimoramento do processo de ensino e aprendizagem executivo, em cursos de MBA e pós- graduação, visando acelerar o aprendizado para os estudantes. Por último, o terceiro artigo discute a implementação da técnica de rotação por estações, derivada do método de bLearning, e seu impacto como uma abordagem educacional nas escolas de negócios. Apresenta as etapas para a criação de uma estrutura de aprendizagem experiencial na educação gerencial, utilizando o PEA - Plano de Ensino Aprendizagem como uma ferramenta.

The thesis defends the use of Blended Learning (bLearning), aligned with 4.0 education and backward design, to improve the teaching and learning process in Business and Administration courses. In addition to proposing a theoretical model structured through a curriculum planning framework, it discusses the implementation of techniques such as station rotation, focusing on improving learning for students. The research includes three independent articles, each addressing a specific aspect of this theme, aiming to broaden the understanding and practical application of bLearning in management education. It uses the indication of the regulation for the program for postgraduate in Business Administration (PPGA) at FEA/USP, the possibility of structuring the research trough multiples and intercorrelated studies, allowing the understanding and the contribution of the different parts of the document, that answers to a scientific problem, outcome of different studies, enabling a conjoint analysis of the results of three independent articles. The first article, has the objective to reach the understanding of the international scientific community, about the subject. The second article, refers to the development of a tool with the purpose to provide support to the teacher in the enhancement of the process of teaching and learning executives, in courses of MBA and post graduation, with the main goal to accelerate the learning for the students. At last, the third article debate about the implementation of a technique of rotating between stations, derivative of the bLearning method and the impact as an educational approach in Business schools. Presents the steps for the creation of a structure of experimental teaching in the management of education, using the PEA Plan for Teaching and Learning as a tool.
