Analisa-se nesse trabalho a revista de pop-management Você S.A. do Grupo Exame. Essa revista, de grande circulação, é representativa de um tipo de discurso que foca o trabalho e o trabalhador. Esse discurso, que será chamado aqui de pós-moderno, é extraordinariamente difundido por toda a sociedade, inclusive na academia, e tem como seus elementos constitutivos o fim da negociação coletiva, a flexibilização das relações de trabalho, o vocabulário de habilidades, competências e empregabilidade, a Teoria do Capital Humano, o aprendizado constante, a sociedade do conhecimento, a Learning Organization. Para analisar os efeitos desse discurso na sociedade é utilizada a obra do filósofo francês Michel Foucault, e sua obra de analítica do poder. Em sua obra, o filósofo inverteu os pressupostos geralmente aceitos pelos teóricos do poder, criando uma visão do poder estrutural, que conecta-se de forma íntima à formação do conhecimento, um conjunto inseparável de poder-saber. Apesar do filósofo ser mais conhecido por sua obra Vigiar e Punir, sua analítica do poder é bem mais ampla, tratando desde o disciplinamento e formação das ciências humanas, até a formação da biopolítica, governamentalidade e poder pastoral, as formas de poder que controlam não os indivíduos, mas as populações. Trata também do controle das pessoas através da dominação de sua subjetividade, pela constante e repetida técnica da análise de si. O discurso da revista foi analisado por diversos ângulos e teorias. Propõe-se uma genealogia da Você S.A, a partir das possibilidades de surgimento de seus elementos discursivos. Entre as condições de surgimento desse discurso sugerem-se que estão o discurso de negação da política da Escola de Relações Humanas, o surgimento de uma sociedade de massa, vigilante e totalitária, e o desmantelamento do sindicalismo e o Estado de Bem-Estar Social. Conclui-se que esse discurso pós-moderno tem características foucaultianas de domínio da subjetividade através da criação da identidade de um bom trabalhador que legitimam as desigualdades sociais, ao culpabilizar o indivíduo e ocultando problemas políticos e sociais.

This work analyses the Você S.A., a magazine from the Exame Group. This magazine, of great circulation, is representative of a speech that focus on the world of work and in the worker. That speech, that it will be called here as the "postmodern" speech of work, is greatly diffused by the whole society, including the Academy, and it has as its fundamental elements the end of the collective bargaining, the flexibilization of working relationships, the vocabulary of abilities, competences and empregability, the Theory of the Human Capital, the society of the knowledge, the Learning Organization. To analyze the effects of that speech in the society, it is used the work from the French philosopher's Michel Foucault, mainly his writings on power. In his work, the philosopher inverted the presuppositions accepted usually in the theories of power, creating a vision of a power that is structural, connected in an intimate way to the formation of the knowledge, forming an inseparable group of power-knowledge. Although the philosopher is more known by his/her work on survaillance and punishment, his vision is wider, treating from the construction of human sciencies, until the formation of the biopolitics, governamentality and pastoral power, the forms of power that not control the individuais, but the populations. He also studies the control of individuals through the dominance of their subjectivity, through repeated and routinely techniques for analysis of self. The speech of the magazine is analyzed by several angles and theories. It is proposed a genealogy of the Você S.A, starting from the possibilities of appearance of their discursive elements. Among the upraising conditions of that speech it is suggested that are the denial of the politics, through Human Relationships School, the appearance of a mass society, vigilant and totalitarian, and the fading of the syndicalism and the State of Social Well Being. On conclusion it is defended that the postmodern speech of work has foucaultians characteristics of subjectivity control, through the creation of a docile work identity that, as a speech, legitimate social inequalities, as it puts the blame of todays's problems only in the individual while it hides political and social contradictions.
