O principal objetivo deste trabalho é determinar os fatores dificultadores do atendimento as empresas construtoras por parte das empresas de controle tecnológico. Para o alcance deste objetivo foi estudado o Marketing de Serviços associado ao Marketing Empresarial, tratando-se, portanto, de relações "business to business". Uma pesquisa exploratória e qualitativa foi, então, desenvolvida nas empresas construtoras e de controle tecnológico. Os resultados apresentados sinalizam diferenças nas percepções das duas populações de estudo, dentre outros aspectos, em relação ao papel desempenhado pelas empresas de controle e a qualidade do seu atendimento. A investigação também apresenta um hiato entre as características da demanda e da oferta de serviços de controle tecnológico. Finalmente são estabelecidos os limites desta investigação e os aspectos do controle tecnológico que podem ser objeto de futuras abordagens

The main objective of this study is to identify the factors that create difficulties to the customer Service of the constructors companies that are offered by the companies of technological control. The results that were reached presented some differences in the perception of the two populations studied referring to many aspects of the study, such as the effective role of the companies of technological control and the quality of their Services. An exploratory and qualitative research was, then, developed focusing on the companies belonging to two contexts: construction and technological control. It was also detected a gap between the characteristics of the demand and the offer of technological control Services. In order to fulfill this objective the field of marketing of Services was studied, linking it to industrial marketing. The relations business to business were presented in this study. Finally, the limitations of the study were commented and many interesting topics referring to technological control were proposed to be developed in future investigations
