Nos estudos de melhoramento de plantas, tem-se o objetivo de estudar a interação genótipos × ambientes, avaliando a estabilidade e adaptabilidade genotípica. O modelo aditivo com interação multiplicativa (AMMI) tem sido amplamente utilizado para casos em que se tem apenas uma variável resposta. O objetivo deste trabalho é revisar as metodologias utilizadas para análise da interação genótipos × ambientes em estudos de melhoramento genético em experimentos com multiatributos e indicar um método global para análise dos modelos AMMI multiatributo. Este método foi aplicado em um conjunto de dados relativo a um experimento de avaliação do escurecimento de grãos de feijão carioca pelo método de escurecimento natural do grão e pelo método de escurecimento acelerado instalado no delineamento experimental aleatorizado em blocos, no ano de 2016. Foram avaliados dezenove genótipos de feijoeiros do tipo carioca em seis ambientes no Estado de São Paulo e oito atributos. Os resultados indicaram que o modelo de Tucker3 é eficiente para lidar com o arranjo triplo da interação genótipos × ambientes × atributos e que a utilização do joint plot é aconselhável, pois permitiu avaliar a estabilidade e adaptabilidade genotípicas. O uso da análise de Procrustes associado ao modelo Tucker3 permitiu identificar conclusões globais para os diferentes atributos. Após a aplicação das metodologias, três genótipos foram destacados: o G15, que apresentou alto valor de luminosidade do grão e adaptação específica com o ambiente F; o G8, que apresentou alto valor de luminosidade do grão e adaptação específica com o ambiente A e o G12, genótipo com alta estabilidade e valor de luminosidade acima da média.

In plant breeding studies, the objective is to study the genotype × environment interac- tion, evaluating genotypic stability and adaptability. The Additive Main-effects and Multiplicative Interaction model (AMMI) has been widely used for cases where there is only one variable response. The aim of this work is to review the methodologies used to analyze the interaction between genoty- pes and environments in genetic improvement studies in experiments with multi-attributes and to indicate a global method for analyzing the multi-attribute AMMI models. This method was applied to a data set relating to an experiment to evaluate the darkening of grains of carioca beans by na- tural darkening method and accelerated darkening method installed in a randomized block design in 2016. Nineteen carioca bean genotypes were evaluated in six environments in the State of São Paulo and eight attributes. The results indicated that the Tucker3 model is efficient to deal with the three-way array of genotypes × environments × attributes interaction and that the use of joint plot is advisable, as it allows to assess stability and genotypic adaptability. The use of Procrustes analysis associated with the Tucker3 model allows the identification of global conclusions for the different attributes. After the application of the methodologies, three genotypes were highlighted: the G15, which presented a high value of lightness of the grain and specific adaptation with the environment F; the G8, which presented a high value of lightness and specific adaptation with the environment A and G12, a genotype with high stability and above average lightness value.
