A presente dissertação de mestrado traz um estudo quantiqualitativo sobre a forma e o conteúdo de 217 projetos educativos em saúde bucal, realizados por alunos do curso técnico em saúde bucal da Escola Municipal de Educação Profissional e Saúde Pública Prof. Makiguti da Prefeitura de São Paulo, em variados espaços sociais e com diversas técnicas pedagógicas. O estudo subsidiou a escrita do produto educacional Manual de Técnicas Pedagógicas para Educação em Saúde Bucal e do Repositório de Projetos Educativos. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo descritiva com análise bibliográfica de natureza quantitativa e com observação direta e indireta de natureza qualitativa. A pesquisa quantitativa teve sua origem a partir da análise bibliográfica dos registros desses projetos educativos, presentes em trabalhos de conclusão de curso contidos na biblioteca da escola. O estudo qualitativo avaliou as técnicas pedagógicas utilizadas quanto às suas facilidades e dificuldades de execução. Foi realizado a partir da experiência do pesquisador, que observou e supervisionou as ações educativas. A pesquisa quantitativa revelou que os projetos educativos foram realizados majoritariamente em escolas públicas para crianças de 0 a 14 anos e, para esse mesmo público-alvo, fora do equipamento escolar. Os projetos educativos foram realizados com adolescentes, jovens, adultos e idosos. A concepção pedagógica mais utilizada foi a sociocultural. As técnicas pedagógicas utilizadas priorizaram a ludicidade, com jogos, gincanas e brincadeiras. Outras técnicas foram utilizadas, como rodas de conversa problematizadoras e palestras. Os resultados obtidos possibilitaram concluir que os projetos educativos foram importantes para a formação dos estudantes e para a discussão dos temas mais importantes relacionados à prevenção das doenças bucais com a população. Além disso, constatou-se que a experimentação de variadas técnicas pedagógicas possibilita uma prática educativa mais próxima da realidade, da experiência e da vivência dos sujeitos.

This Master's dissertation brings a quanti-qualitative study on the form and content of 217 educational projects in oral health, carried out by students in the technical course in oral health at the Municipal School of Professional Education and Public Health. Makiguti in São Paulo City Hall, in various social spaces with several pedagogical techniques. The study supported the writing of the educational product Manual of Pedagogical Techniques for Education in Oral Health and the Educational Projects Repository. It is a descriptive field research with bibliographic analysis of quantitative nature and with direct and indirect observation of qualitative nature. The quantitative research had its origin from the bibliographic analysis of the records of these educational projects present in term of papers contained in the School library. The qualitative study evaluated the pedagogical techniques used in terms of their facilities and difficulties of execution. It was carried out based on the experience of the researcher who observed and supervised the educational actions. The quantitative research revealed that the majority of educational projects were carried out in public schools for children aged 0 to 14 years old and for this same target audience for children outside school equipment. The educational projects were carried out with teenagers, youth, adults and the elderly people. The most used pedagogical conception was sociocultural. The pedagogical techniques used prioritized playfulness, with scavenger hunts and other games. Problematizing conversation circles and lectures were used also. The study concluded that educational projects were important for the training of students and for the discussion with the population of the most important topics related to the prevention of oral diseases. Furthermore, it concluded that the experimentation of various pedagogical techniques enables an educational practice closer to the reality and subjects experience.
