The focus was on the graduates' professional trajectory, mainly regarding on their relationship with Public Policies and Psychosocial Care, given the objective of the Multiprofessional Improvement Program (PAP): to be a postgraduate course in Mental Health that prepares professionals for SUS. As a result, a mostly female sample was found, with psychology as basic education, working at SUS and other related practices. The current setbacks of public policies have been an important source of challenges for daily practice, as well as for career continuity. The course was evaluated as very relevant for their professional trajectory, with the focus on practical experience and the construction of a greater professional autonomy being prominent elements.
