Não se sabe ao certo a origem da ideia que culminou na existência da função de Agente Comunitário de Saúde (ACS). Há quem atribua a origem do contemporâneo ACS à figura do feldsher, um auxiliar médico que surgiu na Rússia Czarista. No Brasil, a figura de Agente Comunitário de Saúde surge na cidade de Jucás, no Ceará, entre 1979-1986. A partir de pesquisa bibliográfica, identificamos uma produção ampla de trabalhos sobre a formação, efetividade das ações e reconhecimento, assim, identificamos um certo modo hegemônico de compreender o trabalho, saberes e práticas dos ACSs. Insiste-se em descrever esse(a) profissional como carente de formação técnico científica e objeto de avaliação.Muito poucos trabalhos se dedicam às potencialidades e ao fortalecimento da profissão, com sua identidade particular de liderança comunitária e pertencimento social, para além da sua capacidade técnico- científica e mais de escuta e vínculo. O objetivo deste trabalho é reconhecer experiências como processos intersubjetivos modeladores e qualificadores das relações e práticas de cuidado a partir de narrativas de Agentes Comunitárias de Saúde. Para isso, utilizamos entrevistas narrativas com seis ACS de uma unidade de saúde mista da zona norte de São Paulo em agosto de 2019. Ao dialogarmos com a ideia de experiência e saber da experiência desenvolvida por Jorge Larrosa, construímos um pequeno espaço de possibilidade para discutir a complexidade das relações humanas e a singularidade de cada sujeito. O processo formativo tradicional não considera as diferentes camadas de compreensão de mundo e modos de se relacionar que operam como moduladores de relações e práticas, o que invisibiliza aspectos de nossa prática profissional condicionados por outros fatores culturais e relacionais, levando a processos formativos sem sentido e normativos.

It is not known for sure the origin of the idea that culminated in the existence of the role of Community Health Agent (CHA). There are those who attribute the origin of the contemporary CHA to the figure of feldsher, a medical assistant who emerged in Czarist Russia. In Brazil, the figure of Community Health Agent appears in the city of Jucás, in Ceará, between 1979-1986. From bibliographic research, we identified a wide production of works on training, effectiveness of actions and recognition, thus, we identified a certain hegemonic way of understanding the work, knowledge and practices of the CHA. We insist on describing this professional as lacking scientific technical training and object of evaluation, very few works are dedicated to the potential and strengthening of the profession, with their particular identity of community leadership and social belonging beyond their technical capacity - scientific and more of listening and bonding. The objective of this work is to recognize experiences as intersubjective processes that model and qualify relationships and care practices from the narratives of Community Health Agents. For this, we use narrative interviews with six CHA from a mixed health unit in the northern area of São Paulo in August 2019. By dialoguing with the idea of experience and knowing the experience Developed by Jorge Larrosa we built a small space of possibility to discuss the complexity of human relationships and the uniqueness of each subject. The traditional training process does not consider the different layers of understanding of the world and ways of relating that operate as modulators of relationships and practices, which makes aspects of our professional practice invisible conditioned by other cultural and relational factors, leading to meaningless and normative.
