Essa pesquisa teve como objetivo geral analisar o projeto Experimenta! Comida, saúde e cultura2018 à luz dos princípios do Marco de Referência de Educação Alimentar e Nutricional para as Políticas Públicas. Esta pesquisa utilizou abordagem qualitativa, por meio da modalidade estudo de caso e pesquisa documental. As variáveis na descrição das 330 atividades presentes no documento representativo identificado, a saber: formato, indicação etária, preço dos ingressos, espaço de realização, local, sinopse e título, subsidiaram a análise descritiva e de conteúdo do projeto pesquisado. Para a análise de conteúdo, foi realizada uma classificação prévia, ou à priori, que consistiu na categorização das atividades, por meio da leitura dos seus títulos e sinopses, em cada um dos cinco primeiros princípios do Marco de Referência, considerando o princípio mais preponderante identificado. Para esta etapa, foi considerado o uso do Excel e a verificação da qualidade da categorização com a participação de um pesquisador externo. As informações contidas no Excel foram lançadas no software NVivo®, versão 10, que gerou nuvens de palavras, cluster e listagens de frequência de palavras. Os resultados mostraram que oficina foi o formato mais frequente; a maioria das atividades foi gratuita; a maioria das atividades apresentou indicação etária livre; a maioria das atividades ocorreu dentro das unidades do Sesc SP; a maioria das atividades foi categorizada como princípio IV; as atividades por princípio e local seguiram a mesma ordem de ocorrência das atividades por princípio, com discreta variação. As palavras "Alimentos", "Hortas", "História", "Receitas" e "Nutricionista" foram, respectivamente, as mais frequentes nas atividades categorizadas nos princípios I, II, III, IV e V do Marco de Referência. Algumas palavras frequentes ocorreram em mais de um princípio. Houve proximidade de termos entre os diferentes princípios e as conexões mais evidentes ocorreram entre os princípios I e II e os princípios III e IV. Este estudo concluiu que os princípios do Marco de Referência foram identificados nas informações relativas às atividades presentes no documento representativo identificado do projeto. A identificação e análise dos termos mais recorrentes presentes nos títulos e sinopses mostraram que as palavras encontradas têm muita força, representatividade e potencialidade de conexões interdisciplinares. Todos os princípios foram detectados nas atividades, embora alguns com maior ocorrência que outros. Este estudo apontou que a realização de um projeto de EAN por uma empresa privada vai ao encontro do caráter intrinsecamente intersetorial de EAN na busca da diversidade dos campos de prática e que a realização de EAN por uma instituição com forte ação cultural evidencia a possibilidade da efetivação de práticas interdisciplinares. A utilização do Marco de Referência nesta pesquisa indicou a necessidade da criação do produto educacional denominado "Adendo aos Princípios do Marco de Referência de Educação Alimentar e Nutricional", voltado para profissionais de diversos setores e áreas que realizam ou pretendem realizar EAN. This research had the general objective to analyze the project Experimenta! Comida, saúde e Cultura 2018 in the light of" Reference Landmark of Food and Nutrition Education for Public Policies". This research used a qualitative approach, through the case study and documentary research modality. The variables in the description of the 330 activities present in the representative document identified, namely: formats, ticket prices, age indication, space of occurrence, location, synopsis and title, supported the descriptive and content analysis of the researched project. For the content analysis, a previous classification was carried out, which consisted of the categorization of activities, by reading their titles and synopses, in each of the first five principles of the "Reference Landmark", considering the most prevalent principle identified. For this step, it was considered the use of Excel and the verification of the quality of the categorization with the participation of an external researcher. The information contained in Excel was released using NVivo® software, version 10, which generated word clouds, clusters and word frequency listings. The results showed that the workshop was the most frequent format; most activities were free; most activities had a free indication for age group; most of the activities took place within the Sesc SP units; most activities were categorized as principle IV; activities by principle and location followed the same order of occurrence as activities by principle, with slight variation. The words "Food", "Gardens", "History", "Recipes" and "Nutritionist" were, respectively, the most frequent in the activities of principles I, II, III, IV and V of the "Reference Landmark". Some words occurred on more than one principle. There was proximity of words present between the different principles and the most evident connections occurred between principles I and II and principles III and IV. This study concluded that the principles of the "Reference Landmark" were identified on the information related to the activities present in the identified representative document of the project. The identification and analysis of the most recurrent terms present in titles and synopses showed that the words found have a lot of strength representativeness and potential for interdisciplinary connections. All the principles were detected in the activities, although some were more frequent than others. This study pointed out that the realization of a Food and Nutrition Education project by a private company meets the intrinsically intersectoral character of Food and Nutrition Education in the search for the diversity of fields of practice and that the realization of Food and Nutrition Education by an institution with strong cultural action shows the possibility of carrying out interdisciplinary practices. The use of the "Reference Landmark" in this research indicated the need to create the educational product called "Addendum to the Principles of the Reference Landmark for Food and Nutrition Education", aimed at professionals and institutions from different sectors and areas that carry out orientend to carry out Food and Nutrition Education.
