Abstract in English
The study examines whether narrative narrative as the intersection of law and literature justifies the usefulness of the interdisciplinarity of law and literary narrative in legal practice and, therefore, constitutes a study of law as literature that seeks to bring together legal narratives and narratives, identified literature as convergences and divergences. This is an exploratory research and literature review with a theoretical matrix in legal fictions, imaginary legal knowledge, poetics and erotic law and the human being, and narrative theory postulating a prejudiced epistemology. The hypotheses that we confirmed when developing the research based on the chosen theoretical matrices are: i) the legal text (doctrinal, normative or forensic), the legal narrative, that is, oral or written, and the literary text (literary narrative), is a form of discourse that brings us back to the fictional and that can be enhanced by the use of eminently literary narrative attributes; and are formed by techniques (ordering them according to regularity) such as formed and contradictory texts, which are a legal text of consistency and continuity, contradictions of Narra, which is a text of consistency, and narrative, the communication of Narra, which is a unified legal text and narration is communication that is a legal text and narration is communication that is a legal text and narration is communication that is a legal text and without rights.
