O escopo da presente pesquisa é investigar o programa Harmonia com a Natureza das Nações Unidas (HwN), baseando-se na perspectiva da Sociologia Ambiental do Direito. Os procedimentos metodológicos escolhidos para essa análise foram a revisão bibliográfica e análise documental. Inicialmente investigam-se as primeiras menções à Harmonia com a Natureza no direito internacional ambiental e nas Nações Unidas. Posteriormente, situa-se juridicamente essa plataforma dentro das Nações Unidas, os órgãos estatutários, subsidiários bem como respectivos departamentos ligados ao programa HwN. Definem-se, ainda, os documentos a serem analisados: resoluções da Assembleia Geral (AG) e informes do Secretário-geral (SG). Após, passa-se para a análise sociojurídica dos informes e resoluções do Programa HwN entre os anos de 2009 e 2020, auxiliados pela Sociologia Ambiental do Direito. Outra forma de análise dos informes se dá com o auxílio do software NVivo para mapear a frequência de palavras e gerar gráficos para discutir esses dados. Por fim, apresenta-se os possíveis reflexos do programa HwN no Brasil, discutindo as recentes alterações legislativas dos municípios de Bonito (PE), Paudalho (PE), Florianópolis (SC) e Serro (MG) que reconheceram direitos à Natureza.

The scope of the present research is to investigate the United Nations programme on Harmony with Nature (HwN) based on the perspective of Environmental Sociology of Law. The methodological procedures chosen for this analysis were the literature review and document analysis. Initially, the first mentions of harmony with Nature in international environmental law and in the United Nations are analyzed. Subsequently, this platform is legally located within the United Nations, the statutory and subsidiary bodies as well as the respective departments linked to the HwN program. The documents to be analyzed are also defined: resolutions of the General Assembly (GA) and reports from the Secretary-General (SG). Then, we will proceed to the socio-legal analysis of the reports and resolutions of the HwN programme between 2009 and 2020, aided by the Environmental Sociology of Law. Another form of analysis of the reports is done with the help of the NVivo software to map the frequency of words and generate graphs to discuss this data. Finally, the possible reflexes of the HwN programme in Brazil are presented, discussing the recent legislative changes in the municipalities of Bonito (PE), Paudalho (PE), Florianópolis (SC) and Serro (MG) that recognized rights of Nature.
